  • Is it necessary for someone to be present during the delivery of rented items?

    Ideally, we would like an adult to be present upon our arrival unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • How far in advance should I book my rentals?

    We recommend booking your rentals at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for larger events or during peak seasons. However, we are happy to accommodate shorter notice events whenever possible!

  • Do you provide delivery services?

    Yes, we offer delivery and setup services. The cost depends on the location and size of the order.

  • Can I make changes to my order after it has been confirmed?

    Yes, you can make changes to your order up to 48 hours before the event, subject to item availability.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.

  • Can you set up a tent on concrete or blacktop?

    Yes, we use a weight system to secure the tent when tie downs cannot be utilized.

  • How is pricing compared to other companies?

    We strive to provide similar pricing with higher quality.

  • Do you provide set up?

    Yes, set up is free up to 75 chairs/guests.
